The Pemberstone Group have secured a major letting at Teme House, part of the Whittington Hall complex in Worcester where Pemberstone has its own head office. Resource Group have taken two floors of the Grade A office space, totalling over 14,000 sq ft on the ground and first floors of the building, in one of the biggest lettings in Worcester for nearly five years.

The high specification, three storey office building with views of the Malvern Hills features a reception area, fully raised access floors, combined comfort and heating system, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting to the latest regulations and is DDA compliant. Teme House also has an Energy Performance Certificate rating of B, which is significantly above the UK average EPC rating.

Resource Group will be relocating their UK headquarters from central Worcester to Whittington Hall, a location which offers a mature, landscaped campus-style office complex. For over 15 years they have been a leading provider to blue-chip companies of manpower support services for the aerospace and aviation industries. Resource Group provides an integrated offering with extra services including pay roll services, training, mechanical engineering and safety critical software development.

Paul Martin, Business Services Director of Resource Group said:
“We are expanding at such a rate that we needed to consolidate our three existing offices in Worcester into one building. Teme House proved to be an ideal location for us and provides our staff with a modern office in an easily accessible location for both staff and clients, with on-site parking.

David Clark, Head of Commercial Management at Pemberstone added:
“We are delighted to have agreed the lease for the two floors in Teme House to Resource Group. Whittington Hall’s campus style grounds and the high-specification of the offices themselves have a clear appeal to tenants, enough to draw a major occupier like Resource Group away from their city-centre location in Worcester. We worked closely with Resource Group to tailor a package to suit their needs, and we are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to welcoming them to Teme House.”

There have been strong expressions of interest in the remaining 7,000 sq ft on the top floor of Teme House, which boasts spectacular views over the Worcestershire countryside. There are dedicated parking spaces for the building which has the added value of on-site management to assist with all day-to-day concerns, plus a popular on-site catering facility.

Teme House’s sister building Brook Court, where RBS is currently a tenant, can also offer up to 13,305 sq ft divided into suites of 3, 897 sq ft, 4,680 sq ft and 4, 728 sq ft respectively.
